Asian female in her 20s with monolid eyes and ptosis (droop eyelid) underwent Asian double eyelid surgery (Asian blepharoplasty) and ptosis correction. The ptosis repair helped strengthen the weak eye elevating muscle and the double eyelid procedure created defined, balanced double eyelid folds.
