Female patient in her 20s received awake ptosis and double eyelid revision surgeries. The ptosis procedure strengthened the weak eyelid muscles that were causing the eyelids to droop. The after photo shows more even and natural-looking double eyelid folds that further opened her eyes and made the irises more visible.
