Female Asian patient in her 50s before and after an awake lip lift surgery. Patient was concerned about the thinness of her upper lip and wanted to make minor adjustments for fuller lips and to reduce the distance between the base of the nose and upper lip. Note in the after photo, the gentle curve of the upper lip that enhances the lip volume and shape. Patient recovered quickly from the surgery and had no complications.
