Asian female in her 20s with uneven eyelids and asymmetric eyelid ptosis received Asian double eyelid surgery (Asian blepharoplasty) and bilateral ptosis correction. Ptosis is a condition where the eye elevating muscle is weak, therefore causing drooping of the eyelids. The ptosis in her right eye was more severe.
