Eyelid Ptosis Surgery

Male Asian patient in his early 70s had asymmetric eyelid ptosis where the condition was more severe in his left eye. Eyelid ptosis describes drooping of the upper eyelid caused by a weak levator muscle. The awake ptosis correction surgery strengthened the weak eye elevating muscles and transformed his eyes from appearing fatigued to well-rested and energized.
